Terms of service
Effective 24 July 2026 · Australia
TwainPay provides software that lets venues present bills and payment links. The venue remains the merchant of record and the payment processor moves funds directly to the venue. TwainPay does not hold customer funds.
Venues are responsible for bill accuracy, goods and services, refunds, tax obligations, customer support, and compliance with their processor agreement. Payers must check the venue, bill and amount before authorising payment.
Fees shown before payment form part of the amount authorised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The service may be suspended to protect customers, venues or payment systems. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; unavoidable consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by New South Wales law. Contact support for disputes or accessibility help.
